How do I reset my companion?
Go to the Chat tab, tap the gear icon in the top right, and select "Reset Profile." This will clear all data and return you to the onboarding screen.
Is my data stored on your servers?
No. Your chat history, preferences, and profile are stored locally on your device. AI conversations are processed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers.
How do I change my companion's appearance?
In the Chat tab, tap the outfit icon to change your companion's outfit. A new portrait will be generated while keeping the same face.
Why can't I hear my companion speak?
Make sure your device volume is turned up and that the app has microphone permissions enabled in your device settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to manage or cancel.
